Butterfly House is a non-profit, faith based recovery center for women. We exist to provide a safe place for women to live and experience the love of Christ while breaking free from the bondage of addiction.
The Butterfly House provides a totally free program for women that are seeking a better way of life. When they get a job in the later phases of the treatment program, they begin to pay 1/3 of their weekly earnings as rent. They will then save 1/3 of their earnings and keep the last 1/3 for themselves.
Structured Biblical curriculum incorporated with 12 step recovery will be the core of the program, along with additional classes that are essential to promoting their independence. The ladies will take life skills classes for parenting and budgeting, along with learning stress relieving techniques, healthy cooking and the importance of exercise. They will also receive their GED before they graduate the program.
